Jack A. McCartney

Petroleum Engineer
Registered Professional Engineer, Colorado

Jack earned his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1965. He went on to earn his Masters of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering in 1971. Jack formed McCartney Engineering in 1973 for the purpose providing consulting services in the areas of property management, secondary and enhanced recovery, reservoir engineering, property evaluation, and expert testimony. During the past forty years, he has continued to be actively involved in reservoir studies, reserve and revenue forecasting, oil and gas property appraisals, secondary recovery feasibility studies, property management and operations.

Ron McCartney

Petroleum Engineer

Ron earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines in 1997. During the past 20 years, he has prepared oil and gas appraisals for commercial banks, legal and accounting firms, as well as estates and private individuals. Ron is particularly familiar with the Niobrara and Codell horizontal development in the Denver Julesburg basins as well as the Bakken horizontal development in North Dakota and Montana. He is also actively involved in the company’s oil and gas operations.

Lisa D. McCartney

Legal Manager

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Arizona State University in 1995. She founded an IT consulting firm in 1997 providing services to numerous clients including the State of Arizona. In 2009 she earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. Following several years of law practice, she joined McCartney Engineering to provide expertise in contract and regulatory matters.
